The term killifish applies to egg-bearing Cyprinodontiformes. This includes all of the Family Aplocheilidae in this section of the website as well as many members of other families from the order Cyprinodontiform (listed in the right side border). I have been keeping killifish a little over three years now, which isn't very long compared to most of the "old-timers" in the hobby. Although this section of my website is not intended for anyone's use but mine, feel free to look. There is not much other than a systematic structure at this point. I'm using it as a framework for organizing information as I study. Some of the organization and information may be incorrect, outdated or a matter of debate. If you run across any major blunders, please let me know. I plan to add species pages with a little general information and links. Contributions are welcome. Killifish LinksThere are lots of great killifish web sites out there. A few of these are listed below. Check out the links from these sites as well. Killifish ListThis is a list of species I am keeping at present. I am still in the process of establishing good breeding populations. eggs, adults & fry, fry or juveniles only, adult fish/no fry, widowed, eggs
